Stroke Tabletting Machine |
Raksha offers a very comprehensive range of machines for tablet making
to suit all desired output, size and shape of tablets. Single stroke is
one of the smallest in this range.
Description
This is a single stroke, power driven tabletting machine. It
can produce tablets upto 3/4" (19mm) diameter, with an output of 42 to
85 tablets per minute. The filling depth is variable upto 11/16"(17.5mm)
The machine can be operated with either round, shaped or core rod tooling
and is capable to bear a maximum pressure of 4 tons.
Construction
The machine is built to high engineering standards and the design features
ensures continuous and satisfactory operation under the most rigorous working
conditions. The general lines and finish of the machine make cleaning a
simple matter.The machine has rigid cast iron single piece body. The main
shaft is driven by a 2 H.P. electric motor, mounted at the rear of the
machine. The drive is through a variable speed pulley. The machine is furnished
with high efficiency worm gear drive, which is totally enclosed and works
in an oil bath. The main shaft is running in a bronze bearing
An automatic and adjustable pressure release offers positive protection
against the use of excessive machine pressure. The overload pressure release
is adapted to the lower punch and is operated through a lever and a pre-loaded
compression spring located at the bottom portion of the body.
The machine has an easily removable stainless steel hopper with lid
and shut off slide and adjustable tablet tray.
For operator's safety, effective guarding to the upper and lower punches
is provided. Protected slides for the upper punch head is specially advantageous,
when using a material of abrasive character..
Adjustments
All adjustments to the machine including the fitting of punches and
die, are simple and straight forward and variations in the pressure, tablet
weight and output can be made whilst the machine is running. A handwheel
is provided for turning the machine manually, which enables all machine
adjustments to be checked before power is switched on.

Machine |
 Features
Coating Machine is available with 30", 36", 42", 48",60" or 72" size
SS pan. Coating Machine is totally enclosed with MS Clading with standard
gear box, Motor, Hot Air Blowing arrangement. Machine is designed with
MS fabricated structure and all arrangements - except electric control,
air filter and SS Pan are inside the enclosure, which makes simple cleanable
outside covering. Machine is mounted on dynamounts which avoids foundation.
30", 36", 42" or 48" Coating Machine has variable speed drive and hot
air blowing system is built in machine.
60" or 72" Coating Machine has two speeds with step pulley drive and
hot air blowing system. Hot air blowing system can be supplied separately
on demand.
All Coating Machines are provided with interlocked electrical circuit
so that heaters can be operated only after blowers are made 'ON' to avoid
burning of heaters. Coating SS Pan mouth ring is soldered at their rim
cavities to avoid collection of dirt or contaminated drug. Standard machine
with Radicon Gear Box and NGEF or siemens Motor and all electrical
controls are of Siemens or L&T make. Thermostat control can be provided
on demand. On Customer demand, Gear Box and electricals including motors
can be provided local make for economic purpose
