Features
Semi Automatic Liquid Filling & Weighing Machine is electrically
operated. It responds to an exclusive cut-out system, controlled
by highly sensitive micro-switch and electro-magnetic arrangement which
is its very special feature. It is patented for functional adaptability,
not merely for filling liquids and semi-liquids of all sorts, hot or cold;
but it can fill and weigh various types of containers; this is made possible
by interchangeable nozzles.
An important feature of its utility is the plus minus 5 grams Operating
sensitivity in range from 1 kg to 20 kgs; and in Barrel filling,
a plus minus 50 gms covering capacity from 170 kgs. upto 250kgs.
These machines are easy to operate. They are portable, and can be shifted
from place to place. It therefore, serves not only for economy but also,
labour and time. These machines have been tested and approved. Hence, this
perfomance is guaranteed for precision, reliability and efficient operation.

Clean tubes - No paste trapped in the closure folds. These advantages are
ensured by the special system of progressive filling. The tube is automatically
lifted on to the filling nozzle which - when required - almost reaches
the bottom (cap of end) of the tube, descends.

All parts coming into contact with the material to be filled are rust-proof
and easily removable for sterilisation.

(1) Closures
By means of multiple folding stations, each closing operation is carried
out separately. This ensures perfect operation at each successive stage
and enables the machine to be equipped for any type of closure.
(2) Code marking
Any Identification code can be imprinted on the closure. The code can
consist of letters and / or figures.
(3) Filled Tube Transportation
The machine is delivered with a driving sprocket for a conveyor belt.
Conveyor belt can be delivered as a special attachment. This consists of
nylon endless belt housed in an aluminum structure. The drive end of the
conveyor belt is attached with the machine, while the other end is adjustable
vertically to the requirement. The direction of travel of the conveyor
belt is optional and can be either "Forward" or "Backward".
(4) Tube Dimensions
Machine is delivered with the size and height of pump to suit the tube
dimensions specified by the customer and is equipped with the corresponding
change parts. With standard equipment the machine can fill tubes with a
diameter upto 1 1/2" (38 mm) and a length upto 6"
(150 mm) - For filling larger tubes, (upto 44 dia. x 200L) additional change
parts are required. On request price can be quoted.
(5) Tube Cleaning
For removal of chips and dust from the tubes before they are filled,
tube cleaning
device with a vacuum pump can be delivered. This arrangement is particularly
suitable when the machine is used for foodstuffs or pharmaceutical products.
(6) Stirring device
To maintain the original consistency of the filling material, it is
sometimes necessary to equip the machine with a stirring device of the
type shown.
(7) Electrical heating
A simple arrangement for maintaining the temperature of preheated creams
etc. in the electrically heated funnel in which the usual hopper is placed.
However, the most efficient way to heat the filling material is to
equip the machine with a jacketed hopper with thermostat, thermometer and
electrical heating using for example water as heat transmitting medium.
(8) Blow off device
A special blow off device with self contained air pump can be
delivered on the machine. This device is necessary sometimes for very tenacious
creams, when the normal suck - back in the nozzle may prove insufficient
to break the string of material after the filling is completed.
(9) Installation
The machine is delivered , equipped with parts for the tube size /
sizes required and the installation is very simple. Serviceman are always
available , also to assist , if need be. Inquires or orders should be accompanied
by samples of tubes and materials to be filled, preferably ten empty and
one filled tube of each size. Closure should be stated as well as direction
of travel of conveyor belt - i.e. forwards or backwards. The electric current
characteristics should also be specified.
