GMP Electronic tablet counting machine, Model Dispenser, for counting all sizes of tablets, capsules and dragees.

Tablets are loaded into an extension hopper, which controls their flow onto the vibrator feeder beneath. Tablets are vibrated in to a single row and as they fall through the feeders exit are counted electronically by means of a photocell system. The container is manually presented beneath the filling funnel.

At the end of a preset count, a flap diverts the tablet flow into next container. Maximum count x 1000

Basic machine comprises of stainless steel clad cabinet complete with electronic module. Vibratory feeder with bowl extension hopper and fixing clips, capsule clip, flap mechanism, two container platforms, plastic outlet funnel, plastic covers etc.

Principle of working
Tablet or capsule are fed into rotating disc. In disc, holes are provided in 360^o according to size and quantity of filling. Below the disc on the left-hand side of machine one outlet shoot is provided. So filling can be possible by this spout into plastic bags or boxes or bottles. Filling into plastic bags, boxes or bottles is done through this shoot.
