Procedure
 It is a new method
of packing in which the L.D.P. or P.V.C. shrink film is wrapped around
the product and kept on the conveyer controlled by DC/AC drive motor to
shrink wrap by applying hot air - controlled by pyrometer for tight
and temper proof over wrap to protect the box and product from damage in
transit. Shrink wrapping can be done on individual product as well as group
of products.

 Description
Rotating rollers, fitted with reduction gear, driven by 1 H.P. electric
motor, controlled through reverseable switch, operated from both sides,
platform hylam sheet fitted with roller balls to skid the blister cutting
die smoothly.

Formed blisters are cut individually or as per requirement with the
help of cutting dies, This machine is operated from both sides for fast

 Description
Moveable working bed, manually operated heaters trolley, vacuum &
pressure through highly efficient vacuum pump, vacuum and pressure valve
& tanks and fan for cooling.
Procedure
The product shape mould's (Dies) are kept under the heated film and
with the help of vacuum and pressure blisters are formed. Skin packing
does not require any type of dies. The item is first placed on a cardboard
which is already chemically coated and the clear P.V.C. sheet is sucked
on to get the skin tight surface of the sheet on the product, thus
gripping the product with the base cardboard.

 Description
Moveable & fixed working bed, pneumatically operated heater trolley
& PVC clamping frame, Vacuum through highly efficient vacuum and pressure
pump, controlled through limit & timer and fan for cooling.
Procedure

 Description
Different types of pneumatically operated working bed sizes, heat controlled
through pyrometer, stroke controlled timer for Auto cycle and electrically
for Semi Auto for accurate blister sealing
Procedure
Cut and formed blisters are put into the sealing die and the product
is filled/ kept in the cavities. The cavities are covered with heat sealable
aluminium foil / paper and sealed by application of heat and pressure.
